Now I have experienced Dr. Ermis from the patient’s perspective and she was incredibly kind and caring!
She took a lot of time, went through everything with me again, answered all my questions (which must have been annoying by then), and took away my fear.
The surgery itself went great, the hospital staff was also very very nice, and I had almost no waiting times. Everything went like clockwork and I was able to go home the same day. The scar is healing wonderfully and it hardly hurt the next day. Just a bit like muscle soreness.
Great all around and very sympathetic – when do you get to laugh heartily during a pre-op consultation? Also worth mentioning positively is the „front office,“ Ms. Müller, very friendly and helpful and always in a good mood! If I ever need surgery again, it will only be with Dr. Ermis – heartfelt thanks for everything!
